Mr. Ehsan Hashemi as its new Chief Operational Officer (COO). This appointment comes
shortly after the company's restructuring announcement in June 2008. In his new
position, Mr. Ehsan Hashemi will be responsible for overseeing the company's
operations and developing a roadmap for future growth of the business.


Speaking on the new appointment, Mr. Moazam Gazi, Chief Administrative Officer of
Golden Systems, said, "In order to implement our new structural changes within
Golden Systems, we were planning to appoint a Chief Operational Officer. Mr. Ehsan
Hashemi, with his proven track record at the company, was a perfect choice for this
position. As an accomplished professional, Ehsan has had wide exposure to all

the COO, he will oversee the operations of the company and will be instrumental in

Mr. Ehsan Hashemi, who graduated in the US, joined Golden Systems in 2001. He has
been an integral part of the Golden Systems' amazing growth for the past seven years
in his roles that began as a Sales Manager and eventually led to the Business Unit
Manager. As the new COO of the company, Mr. Hashemi's priorities will include
building a solid team, lowering operational costs and improving customer service.
